Precision CNC milling
In CNC milling, the machine's cutting tool rotates as it passes through the material, which is held in place by a fixture like a vise or a sub-plate.
This process is a good fit for making parts with complex geometries, pockets, holes, taps, threads, contours and other machined features.

Precision CNC turning
In CNC turning, the material is held in a chuck and spun while the fixed cutting tool passes through the path of the material along the intended profile of the part.
This makes it well suited to producing cylindrical and rotational parts like shafts, bushings, spacers, tubes and other round components.
Our CNC turning centers allow us to produce precision parts in metals, plastics and engineered materials. It is common for us to manufacture components that require multiple machining operations across multiple machines.

CNC milling uses rotating cutting tools to remove material from a stationary workpiece and is well suited to parts with complex geometries, pockets, holes and contours. CNC turning rotates the workpiece against cutting tools and is particularly well suited to cylindrical and rotational parts such as shafts, bushings and spacers.
