Our CNC machine shop is the heart of Tektonics and where we balance our design, prototype, and manufacturing capabilities. We have three turning centers, including our Genturn Swiss Hybrid and two Haas ST30 lathes, as well as four Haas Vertical Milling Centers and two Multicam CNC routers.

We have broad in-house machining capabilities and deep experience. Our performance equipment delivers you high-quality parts and will help you reach your production goals. We are able to produce low and high volume runs of your required part without compromising on quality or precision.
Advanced CNC turning
With our GenTurn 32-CS and HAAS ST-30 lathes we can produce high-quality turned parts in a variety of materials with a low cycle time. Our multi-axis machines allow for more processes to be completed automatically. Parts are programmed for the highest efficiency by our expert machinists.
CNC machining
Our range of equipment means we can complete parts of any size. Whether you are looking for signage, casting tooling, custom hardware, or aesthetic parts, we are able to work with a variety of materials and sizes with equal precision.
Foundry & casting tooling
If you need custom tooling for your cast parts, we have the experience and equipment. Our CNC routing and milling capabilities along with our relationships with a network of skilled local foundries allow us to produce custom solutions both large and small.
